Being an investor I was tired of seeing my profits lost to commission.  Time and time again I paid them because I had to.  Once I called Value I knew it was the right move.  They offered me different plans to suit my needs.  Having bought and sold many times I understood the process well and was able to show my own properties.  I go with a flat rate plan and save enough in commission to cover my closing costs.  Can't beat that deal!
